Hilltop Community Association The Hilltop Community is based around New House Lane, New House Close and Iffin Lane and makes up the south ward of Thanington Without (Civil) Parish Council. It is based at St Faiths Hall, 36 New House Lane. Under the chairmanship of Colin Smith it has become a Charity, and has gone from strengh to strengh. It is headed by nine Trustees and has a general Committee which deals with events and general day to day running. It holds many events throughout the year and has a very strong following.
