Refuge
CCC will collect your household waste fortnightly. If it is our fault we miss your refuse on collection day, you must report this as soon as possible. After we empty your bin, we will return it to where we found it. For people who are unable to have a bin and are on the "official sack list" we will deliver sacks four times a year. If your bin is too heavy, our operator may not be able to empty it. All waste must be out by 7 am on day of collection.
Recycling
Clear recycling sacks are delivered to every home in the district for fortnightly collections of recyclable materials. Please make sure your clear sacks are out on the boundary of your property by 7 am on your collection day. If you have any problems with the collections of your clear sacks then please call the environmental help desk on 0800 031 9091.
